A leading utilities infrastructure business in Oswestry is looking for a part-time administrator to join their team.
Your new role
You will be completely office based in a fast-paced working environment, where you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively. As an Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to: dealing with suppliers, invoicing, filing timesheets, producing KPI reports, answering inbound calls, liaising with engineers, filing documentation, and general administrative duties to support the office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an enthusiastic individual who is a good communicator and is able to converse confidently on the phone and face to face. You will have previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment and have excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Teams.

Working hours: 4.5 hours a day Monday to Friday (22.5 hours a week). You will receive a salary of £12,753 per annum, and 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
