You will be the first point of contact for ourclients, resolving inbound queries over the phone or email, and guiding buyersthrough the system, so excellent customer service and interpersonal skills arekey for this role, but also a hunger for something technical as there will besome system and process testing involved.

What you'll be doing:
- To act as a point of contact for clients in order to resolve internal/external and queries.
- To provide support to manager/team/other teams as required.
- To align with regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Keep own knowledge of procedures up to date.
- Respond to, and resolve queries, taking action as appropriate and identify any preventative measures.
- Make sure that agreed timescales are adhered to.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong communicator – able to deal with customers verbally and via email optimally
- Customer service – showing compassion, diligence and care when dealing with queries
- Pro-active – ability to prioritise your own time whilst being aware of performance targets
- IT Wiz – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), emailing, web chats
- Great Teammate – Able to work well as part of a collaborative team
- Think on your feet – There will always be things that will come up that will be new to you

Salary: £22,145 inclusive of 3% flex fund
