Overseeing the delivery of the Operational Technology (OT) Security project for P3 assets, ensuring compliance and risk mitigationCompleting any continuation work from previous project phases (P1 and P2 approvals)Working with Land, Chief Technology Officer / Chief Information Security Officer, Maritime, other BAE functions, and third-party contractors to maintain a delivery plan and scheduleLeading the team to deliver the approved scope to schedule and budget in line with agreed delivery approachDriving project progress, resolving issues, and providing updates to the Steering Group monthlyUsing internal networks, contacts, and knowledge from the organisation across the CTO, EIT and Maritime to engage and gather support from a wide and complex array of stakeholdersYour skills and experiences:Essential:Experience in a technical project management role within IT or ManufacturingAbility to work with a large number of stakeholders at all levelsExperience of business change managementDesirable:Previous role within Operational Technology SecurityProject Management qualification e.g. Prince 2, APM, PMPBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You will get to work with a range of internal stakeholders across the business including Engineers, IM&T, Solution Architects to name a few.
