Overseeing the delivery of the Operational Technology (OT) Security project for P3 assets, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation

Completing any continuation work from previous project phases (P1 and P2 approvals)

Working with Land, Chief Technology Officer / Chief Information Security Officer, Maritime, other BAE functions, and third-party contractors to maintain a delivery plan and schedule

Leading the team to deliver the approved scope to schedule and budget in line with agreed delivery approach

Driving project progress, resolving issues, and providing updates to the Steering Group monthly

Using internal networks, contacts, and knowledge from the organisation across the CTO, EIT and Maritime to engage and gather support from a wide and complex array of stakeholders

Your skills and experiences:Essential:

Experience in a technical project management role within IT or Manufacturing

Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders at all levels

Experience of business change management

Desirable:

Previous role within Operational Technology Security

Project Management qualification e.g. Prince 2, APM, PMP

You will get to work with a range of internal stakeholders across the business including Engineers, IM&T, Solution Architects to name a few.
