Job description
Our client, based in Harefield, are looking for a Marketing Executive on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week 8am - 5pm.
The role is heavily focus on Graphic Design, Logo creations, Media management and Social Media.
Key responsibilities:
Logo Creation – Creating, amending, and distributing hi resolution logos for the different branches of the
business.
Creating bespoke Letter Headed paper and email banners.
Social media Posts – handling all social media posts and engagement for all branches of the business.
Presentations – collating and inputting information into presentations in a timely manner to assist senior
members of staff.
Website management – liaise with the website host company to ensure details are up to date, you will need to
provide feedback and advise what information and images need updating.
Media management – liaising with photography company to arrange photo / video shoots of sites as the
progress and are completed.
Brochures – Designing Brochures using collated information, liaising with printing companies to have these
completed.
Business Cards – Designing Business cards and liaising with printing companies to have these completed.
Coordinating paid and unpaid advertising.
Writing and editing press releases, leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters, websites and social media
content Key skills and experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing
exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given,prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Graphic Design Experience
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance in line with the companies policies and procedures
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
