Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Based: Cambridge office with occasional travel to the London office (once a month) Hybrid role but full time in office for induction

Salary: £35-£40k depending on experience

Join our clients award-winning financial services firm and play a crucial role in promoting responsible finance initiatives that make a positive social impact. As part of their dynamic marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and drive targeted campaigns across various channels.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing Communications to plan and execute targeted campaigns using the full marketing mix, including social media, website, advertising, PR, literature, and events.
• Manage social media accounts, update websites and landing pages, and analyze digital activities using tools like Google Analytics.
• Create compelling literature, adverts, and collateral using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other programs.
• Develop and distribute email newsletters using Mailchimp, tracking engagement metrics.
• Generate engaging content, including blogs, case studies, and news articles, through interviews with team members and clients, and pursue PR opportunities with key media outlets.
• Coordinate an events calendar, plan and promote key conferences, and report on engagement and leads generated.
• Maintain records and produce monthly marketing reports and quarterly board reports.
• Manage relationships with freelancers and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Person Specification:

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional with at least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. You should possess the following qualities:

Essential:

• Degree qualified or relevant experience in a marketing communications role.
• Understanding of financial services and financial markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Hootsuite.
• Experience in social media marketing, both paid and organic.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
• Excellent team working skills and high organizational abilities.
• Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a financial services firm.
• Experience in budget management and expenditure tracking.
• Proficiency in photography and video creation/editing.
• Understanding of CRM systems and contact data management.
