The Role
Stock checks: responsible for ensuring all stock is counted and booked correctly onto the stock sheet, that the right product is being sent and the correct dates are being used.
Communication: Communication between the office, drivers and customers. Dealing with daily queries, with quick solutions.
Planning: Supporting our transport planners in route planning the driver's jobs and checking them through to ensure all have been completed sufficiently.
Daily Vehicle Checks; ensuring the drivers have completed them, vehicle damage is noted, clean and tidy and any broken parts or equipment is identified & fixed.
Purchasing; Raising orders and receipting items.
