My client is looking for am Operations Administrator to join their busy office in Huntingdon where you will be working attached to their sampling and testing laboratory.
Responsibilities include:
Service Requests - Analytical data entry, deal with and maintain internal and external customer queries.
Customer Service - Produce analytical reports, provision of statements and invoicing
Update & maintain databases
Quality Records - Ensure databases are maintained by the team
Assisting with service requests, anomalies and complaints
General administrative support for the laboratory
Assisting with the invoicing service for commercial
Assisting with the procurement of goods and services
Skills and experience:
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Competently deal with answering queries via email and phone
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with payments and being an excellent first point of contact
This role is based working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 37 hours per week and available on an initial 12 week contact which has the scope to be extended or turn into a permanent position.
