Operations Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic goods in/out Operations Administrator to work closely with their Operations Manager, who in turn looks after and runs their installation teams.
They are a well-established and progressive company based in Chatham, Kent. They carry out installations primarily in residential and light commercial properties within the M25 and home counties.
You will be responsible for:
- Recording and Processing Goods Inwards / Outwards
- Raising & Sending Purchase Orders in relation to materials required to keep smooth operational flow
- Tracking and registering of Cylinders and Bottles used within the business, keeping this reconciled with their supplier
You will be expected to get the following results:
- Keeping the smooth operation of their factory by ordering materials and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting the finance department by keeping track of materials purchased against materials delivered
- Putting out the correct materials and systems needed for the installation engineers
- Overseeing their green bag system containing installation materials
What you will need:
- 3 years experience of goods in/out admin
- Great knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Our client is seeking a proactive candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
- Personally organised
- Punctual and timely
- Good understanding of computers and keeping software systems updated
- Effective communication skills
- Good understanding of computers and other cloud-based software such as CRM s
