Our client are seeking an Administrator for their busy Fundraising team based in Theale.
Working 4 days per week from their beautiful, contemporary office, and one day from home, you will be a strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. This is a the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps towards a rewarding career in Fundraising.
The Role:
- Processing donations
- Ensuring Compliance best practice across departments
- Responding to email and phone enquiries
- Running reports
- Daily administration including updating the database and data input
- Client relations
The person:
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Customer service skills
- Competent with IT and using various computer systems
- Keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
- Interest in the Charity Sector with the drive to progress
