A leading maintenance company has an excellent opportunity for an Operations Administratorto join their team. The Operations Administratorrole involves dealing with maintenance and repairs issues, scheduling works and effectively managing engineer's diaries.

Operations Administrator responsibilities:
- Dealing with maintenance and repair issues from start to finish
- Liaising with tenants and housing associations in regard to works
- Providing accurate updates to tenants
- Managing engineer's diaries and scheduling works
- Dealing with invoices, raising and signing off required purchase orders
- Managing sub-contractors effectively
- Providing excellent customer service to a range of clients, ensuring relationships are well maintained
- Ordering stock as required including PPE and uniforms
- Carrying out general office administrative functions including emailing, scanning and document control
Operations Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
