Operations Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Our client, based in Sidcup, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their, fun, growing team as support to the head of department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their carer.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Paying any charities and arranging work events with our charities
- Arranging staff events and celebrations
- Updating all company passwords
- Renewing all company memberships (Costco etc)
- Sending out company Memo’s and notes from Meetings
- Setting up new parking permits with the local council
- Updating all stationary required, signage and PPE
- Ordering and issuing engineers seasonal uniform every 6 months
- Staff probation/appraisal preparation
- Y Drive management
- Reaching out to potential new employees on Linked in.
- Liasing with Recruitment agencies
- Updating new events on our Website and social medias.
- Updating content on the website.
- Coordinating office maintenance.
- Fleet management.
