SalaryOffice Angels are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator - Team Leader for our client based in Wokingham.
Role: Operations Administrator - Team Leader
Location: Wokingham (Office based)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,500 per annum
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting all areas of the business, liaising with customers, suppliers, subcontractors
- Processing and coordinating projects from point of order through to invoice, including processing engineer reports and sample results and issuing to clients within set KPI timeframes
- Planning work schedules for a team of 15 engineers and logistics for equipment deliveries
- Approving purchase invoices and supporting with stock take queries
- Supporting a sub team of account managers and engineers (up to 10 people) alongside 1-2 administrators, raising tickets on the internal intranet for them, assisting with any queries they have, chasing up bookings etc
- Supervising a team of 5 towards same team goals but with individual responsibilities as well, providing daily support and maintaining focus
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in supervising/managing and motivating a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Logical and analytical thinker
- Customer focused, with the highest levels of integrity, honesty, dignity, professionalism and respect
- A flexible individual who is driven to succeed, enjoys the challenges of meeting deadlines and surpassing performance criteria
- Willingness to go the extra mile when necessary, to ensure the needs of the customer are met
