What would you do:
- OTC, FX and Brokerage Trade acceptance, approval, and control
- Daily reconciliation and investigation of breaks by working closely with other departments (Trading, Sales and Finance)
- Client Statements issuance and analysis
- Build and maintain daily / weekly / monthly processes to allow for scaling of the business
- Trade Life Cycle management to include:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly trade settlements and confirmations
- Physical settlement of FX currencies with Brokers and Clients
- Exchange Traded Broker position management to include EFR, P&S
- Own all static and dynamic (trade info) data in Systems
- Error reporting and process review to Head of Operations and Group Committees
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and analysis for the businesses
- Point of contact for external Client queries
What you must have:
- 2 years previous UK experience in Commodities, FX and Brokerage Operations
- Hands on, flexible approach, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with experience in designing systems and controls
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, API, and advanced Excel VBA
