Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Lowestoft in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for an Operations Assistant.
Key duties include:
- Support the day to day of the business functions
- Oversee and coordinator procurements stages for the technical team
- Issuing invoices to clients
- Preparing a project analysis to the management team
- Be the main point of contact for any client queries
- Attend conferences and events overseas when required
Key Skills:
- Background in marine or offshore would be essential
- Must be very computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Very solution focussed
This role is working fully remote however occasional travel will be required.
