Calisen is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, and we now have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join us within our specialist heat pump entity, Plug Me In – Heat.
Within this role, you'll handle queries from various stakeholders, such as the public, heat pump manufacturers, our electric vehicle charge point entity (Plug Me in – EV), electricians, and field teams. You'll also oversee the application and redemption of Boiler Upgrade Scheme Grants, liaising with Ofgem to address any grant-related issues. Additionally, you'll be responsible for registering heat pump installations, securing warranties and insurance guarantees, as well as preparing handover packs for customers. Furthermore, you'll help the Customer Experience Manager, including managing customer enquiries, scheduling home assessment surveys, and tracking customer payments and Boiler Upgrade Scheme Grant redemption.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday based at our office in Wigan, with a salary of £23,400 per annum.
What we are looking for
- Customer service experience, speaking with customers either over the phone or in-person.
- Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organisation, and administration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, and work towards strict deadlines.
- Experience working within and knowledge of the Heat Pump market & infrastructure would be advantageous but not essential.
