Location: Preston

Package: £28-£35k salary (+Monday-Friday, 22 days holiday with the option to purchase additional)

Bringing unrivalled expertise, creativity and passion to all of their projects, our client is successfully building their brand internationally, and now is the perfect time for them to bring on board a Senior Operations Assistant to support the Services and Studios division. The mission? To make amazing happen!

What will your role look like?
You will report into the Head of Technical Operations, ensuring effective and efficient day to day administrative support to the department and wider Customer Service team.

Your duties will mainly be based around;

• Effective diary management
• General admin support to the Head of Technical Operations and the wider business
• Internal communications
• Supporting with event organisation and project support
• Liaising with and working closely with senior stakeholders

Who are we looking for?
In this fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you'll be highly self-motivated, with excellent organisational and MS Excel skills and you'll enjoy working at speed! With great focus and attention to detail, you'll be able to work independently and demonstrate the ability to deliver results everytime.

Package details
-£28-35k
-Monday-Friday - mostly 5 days in the office, with flexibility offered on start and finish times

-22 days holiday (increasing to 25 after 2 years and 27 after 4 years), plus bank holidays
