I'm supporting a UK Challenger Bank with their search for a Senior Operations Manager as they enter a period of strategic growth.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate closely with third-party advisors and internal teams to ensure exceptional experiences for clients, brokers, and colleagues during effective loan distributions.
- Manage the drawdowns of loans through the full lifecycle, overseeing third-party relationships to align with the bank's objectives.
- Oversight of policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and SLAs.
- Instruct and manage relationships with solicitors and valuation businesses.
- Enhance lending processes through collaborative effort and emphasizing continuous improvements.
- Take charge of first-line defense oversight, ensuring QA for onboarding and conducting regular CDD and AML checks.
- Prepare and improve Management Information (MI) for board
