Operations Clerk (6 Month Maternity Cover)

We are currently hiring for an Operations Clerk (9 month maternity cover), 45 hours per a week, £11.00 per hour.
Key es:

• Driver brief and debrief
• Allocate collections and deliveries
• Taking calls and managing customer complaints
• Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
• Occupy the customer
  collect/drop-o
  ff point
• Complete day to day admin tasks
• Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role as instructed by the
  Site/Operation
  s Manager.

Experience & Skills required:

• Administration skills
• Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The right candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure
• Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
