Are you Operations Co-Ordinator/Supervisor, Service Manager or similar looking an office based, off the tools role offering progression opportunities and the responsibility to manage the success of a group of multi-skilled Engineers?
In this role you will be managing a group of Service Engineers and the companies operational needs as part of a closely knit management team in an office environment. This will include scheduling, liaising with clients and people management. In recognition of your success you will receive bonuses when targets are met or exceeded.
Moving from strength to strength and winning major contracts with blue-chip clients, this company specialise in Building Maintenance of all kinds and have a number of skilled operatives covering London and the surrounding boroughs. Due to an influx of new business, they are on a recruiting drive to help meet demand.
This role would suit someone looking for an off-the-tools, office based position with strong operational and people management skills, looking for career progression and recognition for your hard work through bonus incentives.
The Role:

• Scheduling Engineering visits
• Managing the timetable of a team of Service Engineers
• Liaising with clients and the team to understand requirements
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

The Person:

• Operations or People Management Experience
• Maintenance, Construction or Engineering industry background
• Looking for an office based role
