Operations Co-ordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Operations Co-ordinator. As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their window quoting and ordering processes. Your administrative and organizational skills will be essential in coordinating various tasks and maintaining accurate records. The Role

Duties include:- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects - Liaise with customer and builders over the telephone and via email. - Collaborate with all staff member to ensure seamless communication and positive work flow ethic is followed. - Typing quotes using Word for customers. - Perform data entry tasks to update production records - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Utilize computerized systems, including QuickBooks and Be-Spoke Windows package to perform administrative tasks - Type correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed The Candidate - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computer software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - previous experience working within the Windows and Doors industry would be beneficial but is not essential. - Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during production processes In return they offer a friendly, supportive, fun working environment in a small close knit team.
