We are looking for a Water Operations Coordinator who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.
As the Water Operations Coordinator your key responsibilities are
- Schedule technicians’ appointments
- File and close completed jobs on the system
- Update and maintain the database
- Process Water and Drainage reports
- Monitor water meter updates
- General administrative duties
About you
- Proven experience of carrying out administrative tasks
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships at all levels
- Ability to deliver high customer service
- Competent in all Microsoft Office programmes
- Advantageous if you can read site plans and maps
