Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing expert knowledge on products, installations, and finishes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial consultation to final delivery
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to remain informed and proactive in the market
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the flooring or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of commercial flooring and wall cladding products, finishes, and installation techniques
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
