Company Overview - Operations Coordinator

Our Client are currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join them on a full-time basis.

Specialising in Fire and Security solutions within the North of England, this family-owned Company have been serving residential and commercial clients for several years. The successful candidate with play a crucial role in enhancing their operational efficiency and overall productivity.

You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.

Operations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Improve efficiency by streamlining and optimising internal processes
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with different departments
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Implement strategies to increase overall team and company productivity
  • Foster a positive and inclusive Workplace culture
  • Provide administrative support to enhance day to day operations

Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience:

  • Batchelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant field
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
  • Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independent and collaboratively
  • Hardworking and with a robust personality to handle challenging situations
