Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their operational team covering HR, Compliance and IT to support the Operations Manager with day to day processes.

(5 days in office – 4 days in 1 WFH after probation period)

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Working closely with IT to coordinate the issue of standard IT kit, ensuring procedures are followed
• Working with HR on the onboarding of new joiners, processing leavers and CRM management
• Managing the security and access lists
• Taking ownership of staff distribution lists, liaising with HR, IT and Compliance
• Updating intranet sites
• Monitoring the Operations inbox and actioning as appropriate
• Working on special projects as required
• Providing administration support for Team Leader meetings; scheduling dates, agendas, attending meeting and producing meeting notes
• Providing admin support to the Operations Manager
• Liaising with colleagues and building strong working relationships across the London office

 The skills you need to bring:

• 3+ years’ in a similar process driven role
• Hard working and proactive approach
• Professional attitude and complete discretion
• Advanced MS Office
• Desire to work as part of a close-knit team
• Fantastic attention to detail
