Key Responsibilities:
Leading and mentoring a team of facility managers and support staff to ensure high-quality care services.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and upholding the commitment to excellence in care.
