The company manufacture critical components for torque transmission equipment used in drivetrain applications within Naval & Marine Propulsion, Oil & Gas, Mineral Extraction, Mass Transit, Lifting, Conveying and Processing Sectors.
Role
- Responsible for evaluating how the business operates and developing strategies to drive competitive advantage through safe and efficient use of resources and implementation of new technologies, systems or processes.
- Formulate & implement the operations strategy for the business to drive efficiency on a daily basis via KPI performance management
- Remit extends across production, planning, internal and external supply chains, including procurement, warehousing and logistics with a focus on optimising working capital
- Reviewing organisations capacity and capability and ensuring plans are developed to meet current and future organisational needs
