Job Description
As the Retail Operations Director, you will orchestrate a seamless blend of efficiency and excellence across all operational areas of the business. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and collaborating closely with the Managing Director, you will use your strategic expertise to align operational objectives with overarching company goals. Your responsibilities will span from optimising customer service and warehouse operations to enhancing stock management and distribution processes. Through astute leadership, you will champion a culture of operational excellence, driving continuous improvement and building on our client's esteemed reputation in the retail landscape.
