The Role:

Our client is seeking an ambitious Operations Director to join their team.
With expansion plans in motion, they are looking for a candidate who can elevate this Restaurant & Bar Group to new heights.
With a current portfolio of 6 restaurants, they seek an individual with the ambition and dedication to lead this concept at an executive level, supported by the umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, having transitioned from a distinguished background in branded establishments to more independent concepts.
They must be adept at overseeing all facets of restaurant management, ensuring seamless operations from the ground up.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Capable of strategically directing the business, comfortable with reporting to the board.
• Hands-on experience in senior-level restaurant operations, adept at implementing procedures and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about training and development, committed to empowering teams and achieving commercial success.
• Experience in both branded and independent operations within forward-thinking environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for brand, quality food, cocktails, and wine, with a guest-centric and dynamic approach.
• Possesses keen commercial awareness, attentive to industry trends and details, and adaptable to change.
• Demonstrates stability and career progression in previous roles, ambitious yet reliable and loyal.
• Currently holds a senior operations or ideally directorial position within London, managing a quality branded hospitality group.
• Financially astute with an entrepreneurial management style, collaborates directly with the MD and board on acquisitions, negotiations, branding strategies, openings, and profitability.
