Our client is a leading fire consultancy business who provide high-quality passive fire protection solutions within the construction industry. In this safety-critical environment quality is of the utmost importance, they will not forfeit safety or quality to reduce cost. This ethos has proved highly successful and they have been involved in some of the most prestigious projects across the UK.
As an ambitious and growing organisation, they are currently seeking a high-performing Operations Director to oversee to oversee and drive the business forward in line with the strategy of the wider group. Due to the safety-critical aspect of the business, previous experience within passive fire protection is essential to be successful within the role.
You will report into the Managing Director, assuming ultimate responsibility for business performance. You will be responsible for growing the business and leveraging the excellent customer base across their strongholds in the Northeast and the Southeast. This will include delivering the commercial and operational strategy, taking responsibility for building the business, operationally and commercially, and leveraging the capability of the existing organisation.
Your leadership skills will be highly developed, with evidence in support and you will have a proven track record of building successful businesses and a history of business impact and achievement within the passive fire industry.
