Operations Executive – Worksop
Hours and Salary;
- Monday – Friday / 08:30 – 17:00
- £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Duties also include:
- Own sales automation platform and sales administration.
- To create email snippets and sequences.
- Understand KPI’s for sales campaigns and to analyse ROI.
- To report during weekly sales call on inflow on leads.
- Measuring, analysing and report on sales inbound traffic.
- Supporting the marketing department and product program for customer segmentation.
- To measure, analyse and report on funnel creation and conversion rates for sales ROI and top tier accounts.
- Guiding and providing an input to the marketing department on the CRM and requirements needed to enable better sales.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with CRM systems, sales automation platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionality with sales operations, CRM, IT and Marketing.
- An understanding of Digital Marketing and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Quick decision maker and excellent customer service skills.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
