Sales Operations Executive

Location - Nottingham

Salary -£28,000 - £30,000 Depending on Skill Set & Experience

We are looking for a candidate that has a minimum of 4 years experience of working within a sales environment supporting the sales team with their administration needs and the sourcing of prospective companies/clients for future business.

The role will be supporting the Sales Manager and the sales function with the running of reports and KPI's alongside administration duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Qualifications: Minimum 2:1 degree

Experience: Experience in a similar role.

Duties

Commercial:

· Creation of sales quotations/commercial proposals/statements of work

· Support in writing bid and pre sales response documents

· Client liaison on behalf of sales team in response to queries and requests

· Support for sales team in management of key client accounts

Administration and Reporting:

· Assist in the monitoring of performance and adherence to sales

· Sales administration tasks such as generating sales reports and data analysis

· Administration of client contracts

· Support in maintaining commercial systems and processes

· Support cover for sales order processing and financial administration

Key skills:

· Experience in the use of a CRM system

· Evidence of excellent written, verbal communications and client liaison skills.

· Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure commercial environment.

· Strong numeracy and written skills to support creation of quotations/proposals.

· Flexible work ethic with can-do attitude combined with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and proactively, including remotely.

· Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
