Operations Executive Job in Bournemouth
You have strong administration skills and a passion for product. You’re analytical and enjoy a varied role with some hands on practical experience in addition to analysis and reporting. You’ll have an interest in marketing and want to develop your knowledge of this.
Aside from supporting Brand Managers on an administrative level, the Operations Executive will also be involved in:
- Taking ownership of new product information, ensuring a successful launch
- Keeping stock of product samples and arranging them to go off to clients and colleagues
- Researching competitor brands and the market as a whole to help build marketing plans
- Gathering data and producing reports on sales to help forecast and budget
- Creating and managing brand assets that are used in marketing activities
- Assisting with preparation of client presentations
- Tracking budgets and finance within the client’s project
- Working with the supply chain team to manage stock, looking at short dated stock and clearance

Minimum Experience Required for the Operations Executive:
- Two years of experience working within an administrative position
- Excel skills with use in a previous role
- Experience working within a product based company
