Form of workRobert Half Cambridge are partnered with a global manufacturing business based in Alconbury who are seeking an Operations Finance Business Partner to join their Finance Department. This purpose of this role is to drive process and productivity improvements across both Finance and the Operation.
This role is paying a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. This role is based in the office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Director of Operations and the Heads of Department.
- Oversee year end auditors and stock counts.
- Supporting Commercial Finance Manager with annual budgets and monthly re-forecasting.
- Provision of daily and weekly reporting, trend & variance analysis, and commentary with recommendations.
Skills and qualifications:
- An accounting qualification is required (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
- Proven track record of Business Partnering within Produce industry or Manufacturing environment.
- Experience analysing and explaining financial figures to senior stakeholder.
- Excellent communication skills inc. interpreting financial information for non-financial managers.
