Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our drainage services.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance services

- Manage, plan, and coordinate the scheduling of jobs, ensuring they are completed efficiently within deadlines and to client satisfaction

- Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety procedures throughout the operation

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally

- Manage and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identifying areas for improvement and providing training and development opportunities

- Monitor and control revenue and costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth

- Stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements, implementing best practices in operations

- Maintain a fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are always in top condition and adhering to maintenance schedules

- Prepare and present reports on operations performance to the management team

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

- Strong technical knowledge of Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment

- Proven managerial experience, with excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Valid driving licence
