REED Business Support are actively looking for an Operations Manager to join an amazing forward-thinking business, based in Middlesbrough. There is plenty of responsibility and career progression as the company grows.

Hours: Monday – Friday
- Customer service is key as you will be the POC for all client and dealing with any queries or complaints across the board.
- Relationship and rapport building comes easy to you as you will be dealing with all levels of hierarchy along with multiple cultures/backgrounds.
- Overseeing and providing quotations for specialist shipments to the sales teams and then sending all information on to the logistics coordinators on those shipments once the deal is secured.
- Providing clients with letters of credit, with the accounts department to ensure clients are not late with payments.
- Chasing payments across the board and building relationships with the relevant people to ensure late payments are avoided.
- Able to use own initiative at a high level whilst working with Senior Management.
- You require a high level of problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone to not only execute in this role but also to fully systematise the department, develop customer facing track and trace type platforms, deliver a consistent GP from the department and SOP’s.
