We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee project timelines to ensure efficient execution and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and manage budgets to optimise financial outcomes.
- Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all participants and foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and learning.
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, sponsors, and partners, collaborating to enhance program offerings and create meaningful experiences.
- Contribute to the planning and development of new educational programs, innovating and adapting to meet the evolving needs of our diverse student body.
- Proven track record in project management, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
