  • Previous Operations Management experience or management experience within F&B or Front Office as this would be the perfect role if you are looking to progress your career.

Main Responsibilities:

The role requires strong focus across our key operational departments with a specific focus within Front Office. This is a highly visible role, overseeing the continual development and delivery of the Pine Trees guest journey, the brand standards, cost controls and hotel profitability, health & safety, sustainability, and team culture.

You will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction, whilst leading and managing the front office department with a hand-on approach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences.
  • Maintain employee focus on our customers’ needs by individualising and personalising service where possible and encouraging and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Ensure all departments are working together effectively to achieve the hotels goals by clearly communicating the objectives and expectations of the team.
  • Embrace our company values and ensure these are reflected in your daily interactions with guests, employees and external clients.
  • Ownership of the full in stay and post stay customer service lifecycle, continually reviewing where improvements can be made and following up on customer feedback and addressing service gaps.
  • Work with the Head of Departments (HODs) to ensure the brand service standards are routinely reviewed against adoption and delivery metrics.
  • Utilise your previous experience as an Operations Manager, F&B Manager or Front Office Manager to bring best practices to the role.

This role will involve operational coverage across a seven-day week rota, as required by the business. You will be comfortable and happy to work with a One-Team mentality, ensuring best practice is shared and encouraged across the team.
