Operations Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the charity as the Operations Manager for a new Fraud Peer Support Pilot Project to be delivered in South London, Kent and Sussex region.
This vacancy is full-time (part-time hours of no less than 30 hours per week can be considered), working 37.5 hours per week, home-based with travel required throughout the region.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 9 -5 (flexible working available)
Contract: Fixed Term until the 1st March 2026
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus £2,800 per annum London Weighting Allowance if applicable

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the charity as the Operations Manager for a new Fraud Peer Support Pilot Project. This project will be delivered in South London, Kent and Sussex. We are looking for an experienced manager who can demonstrate the ability and passion to lead all aspects of an effective and innovative service that can transform the lives of adult fraud victims.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Management, supervision and development of the fraud caseworker team
- Overseeing the delivery of individual, tailored support for victims of fraud
- The development of online and in-person peer support work and the resources to support this
- Ensuring the team provide high quality support services that meet the needs of victims of fraud
- Working in close partnership with police, local authorities and other key stakeholders ensuring victim voices and experiences are heard in and beyond the criminal justice system
The areas for delivery of the pilot are (South) London, Kent and Sussex and you will need to live in or bordering one of these area, and will be able to travel across the three areas
This post is available to internal candidates as a secondment opportunity and offers a great development opportunity for an experienced manager, with a passion for continual improvement to gain experience within the Service Design and Innovation Team and make a real impact. You will know the business and be willing to learn.
