The Role of the Operations Manager
Develop and control all Technical, Engineering, Workshop and Service aspects of the business.
Manage, control and maintain the workshops.
Maintain customer expectations, including training and support within all operations under your control.
Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure all processes and queries are dealt with.
To follow up and progress technical enquiries, production schedules, repair and service work.
Co-ordinate activities between sales and engineering teams to ensure that both customer and company needs are met as efficiently as possible.

The Ideal Person for the Operations Manager
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
It will be beneficial to your application if you have work experience in a similar role.
Experience working on large projects.
Health & Safety Management experience.
Full clean UK driver’s license.
Can work well under pressure.
