Our Client, a National Housing Contractor are looking for an Operations Manager in the Northeast.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and support a team including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
- Conduct budget reviews and report budget plans to senior management team.
- Manage and oversee multiple social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with Clients, Local Authorities and other stakeholders.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience within Social Housing refurbishment projects.
- Strong Leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
What we can offer you:
- Competitive Salary (£80,000 - £90,000 Dependant on experience) Plus Package.
