Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

I am super excited to be working with this premium event catering business, who are sustainability focussed and passionate about creating incredible experiences.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, who will be responsible for the logistics, planning and delivery of events.
This is an on the ground role so you must be prepared for evening and weekend work - it’s a great opportunity to join this growing business!
Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the successful delivery of events
- Liaise with and manage external suppliers
- Training, development and management of the team
- Develop professional relationships with venue/client partners
- Ensuring all staff are fully briefed before every event
- Health & Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
- Responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external clients and team
The Ideal candidate:
- Operations experience within catering or premium events
- Strong man management skills, ability to lead an engaged team
- Excellent knowledge of H&S and Food Safety legislations
- Ability to build excellent relationships
- A strong communicator
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
