Our client, a marketing leader in the Learning & Development field are looking for an Operations Manager to facilitate the successful implementation of L & D services, ensuring high-quality, and efficient customer service. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the head office function and management of a team of six Programme Managers, setting and managing the operational processes and workflow delivery management.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, initially fully office based. Own transport is essential due to the location.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Manage the Operations team, planning, directing, supervising and evaluating workflow
- Implementing changes where needed
- Coaching, developing, and training team members
- 121’s, return to work meetings etc
- Assisting with recruitment into the team
- Onboarding and training new team members
- Fire Safety, First Aid, H & S (Accident/Incident Reporting)
- Overseeing facilities - Buildings, Water, Electricity
ABOUT YOU
- IT savvy, CRM experience e.g. Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana
- People management - coaching, development and training to success
- Project Management experience is essential
- L & D / Training background is desirable
