Operations P / A

Top legal client with offices across East Anglia are currently looking for an operations P/A to join their team in Nottingham on a permanent basis.
Key duties to include:

• Liaising with client relations via email, mail, telephone and in-person.
• Managing colleague diaries and arranging meetings.
• Maintaining internal database and and general files.
• Assisting with the organisation of internal training.
• General administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in an administrative based position.
• Highly organised and attentive to detail.
• Strong typing abilities and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strict work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Exercised interpersonal skills.
