Operations Sales Assistant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Executive to join an established, fast paced, telecommunications organisation who have a reputation for excellent customer service and unrivalled career development.

A full time, permanent role, office based just outside Edinburgh.

KeyResponsibilities

As the Operations Assistant you will specialise in data and lead management. You will be responsible for handling leads, assisting with lead generation and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, helping to maintain an organised and efficient work environment for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior data analysis and lead generation experience
• Able to confidently use Excel to build spreadsheets
• Experience in creating analysis reports
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude and team spirit
• Have strong organisational and multitasking skills
• A degree
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driving licence (Preferred)
