Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Operations & Sales Support Coordinator for our client based in Wokingham.

Role: Operations & Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Wokingham

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 depending on experience

The Role:

I am currently working with a rapidly growing company, who are looking for an Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to join their high energy and rapidly growing company. The team are characterised by their dynamic, agile approach and incredibly forward thinking leadership. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations across departments, including scheduling, purchasing, administration, payroll, Sales Support, and vehicle fleet management.   • Scheduling: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules for equipment hire, services, meetings, and company events.
  • Purchasing & Purchase Ledger: Oversee purchasing activities and ensure timely procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Administration: Handle a range of administrative tasks, ensuring all company documentation is accurately maintained and organised.
  • Finance: Work with Xero for bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with supplier forms, trial briefs, quoting, invoicing, and other sales-related activities.
  • Equipment and Fleet Management: Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and MOTs for the company's vehicle fleet, and equipment ensuring all are safe and operational.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, operational, or Sales Support role is highly desirable
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexible approach
  • Strong communicator
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and financial procedures advantageous
  • Experience with Xero software would be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A desire to work in an exciting and growing company
