Our client is a very successful company based in Wokingham and they are looking for a great Sales Operations Support to come and join the team. They pride themselves on providing a nurturing and welcoming environment where people are proud to work and grow with them. The ideal candidate will be based in the Material Sales department and responsible for looking after their key existing customer base and continue to build fantastic relationships with these clients. The role would suit a strong administrator with experience of dealing with quotes and invoices, processing orders and key account management or customer service skills.
The role is working 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday and is an office-based position. The office is based on the outskirts of Wokingham, so the ideal candidate would need to be a car driver due to lack of transport links in this location. The salary is up to£30,000 with fantastic benefits including a 12% annual performance bonus!
What will I be doing in the Sales Operations Support role?
- Offer administrative support to the sales team.
- Managing customer accounts and building great relationships.
- Dealing with any customer enquiries and concerns.
- Assisting with ordering, preparing quotes, sales orders and dealing with invoices.
- Developing a great product knowledge and explaining product functions to clients.
- Working with various internal teams such as finance and the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Use the CRM systems to ensure good client management.
The ideal Sales Operations Support candidate should:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Have used a CRM system.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- The ability to communicate to people at all levels, building rapport and growing relationships.
