Operation Scheduler Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (Maternity Cover)Salary: £30,440.80 per annumHours: 40 hours per week, which may include weekends and evening/early morning shifts and occasional ad-hoc on call to support business needs.Location: Office based role at West Way - AndoverThe Pure family is a group of Companies that specialises in providing direct cremation funeral services.  Pure Cremation Limited is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of direct cremations, and our Pure Funeral Planning Company was the bestselling provider of Funeral Plans in the UK in 2021.We have incredibly talented teams who provide the highest standard of care to our customers and their loved ones, and this isn’t just what we think…. it’s what our fantastic 16,000 customer 4.9* Trustpilot reviews think too.Due to the continued growth of our business, we are now seeking an Operations Scheduler to join our busy, dynamic team.  In order to help assist bring the deceased into our care, this role will involve considerable time communicating with 3rd party organisations and building strong, positive relationships.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Liaising with families, care homes and mortuaries to arrange the ‘reactive’ collection of our families loved ones.Managing our scheduled collections and deliveries across England and WalesProducing routes, tasks and documentation for our field operativesEnsuring that each scheduled route is optimised for efficiency and customer service.Acting as a first point of contact for the field operatives to query instructions and plan deviations.Enter details into our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) of all planned activities.Analyse future requirements and work with our Funeral arrangers to ensure we are maximising operational efficiency.The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy, dynamic environment and offering exceptional customer service to their clients. The successful candidate will not require any funeral experience as all training will be given. However, they must possess good communication and IT skills and be ready to learn our own CRM system and procedures.
