Operations Specialist | Fast-Growth Ecommerce Scale Up | London (hybrid)

Reporting into the Head of Finance and Operations, you will be tasked with taking ownership of the core day-to-day operations function, and consistently striving to improve efficiency and develop supplier and customer relationships. You will also have the opportunity to become a popular face in the business through organising fun social events!
Responsibilities
- Owning supplier relationships and setting SLAs
- Identifying opportunities to improve supplier efficiency
- Merchandising/researching and onboarding new suppliers
- Monitoring the quality control process
- Overseeing inventory through stock reconciliation
- Partnering with customer service to identify problems and solutions
- HR related duties such as onboarding
- Organising company social events
- Ad-hoc support to the senior leadership team
Essential criteria
- 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Detail orientated and highly organisational
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to partner with other teams and consistently acquire new knowledge and skills
Desirable criteria
- Experience in operations/supply chain/merchandising
- Understanding of SLAs and commercial contracts
Salary: £30,000 to £36,000
Location: London (2 days in the office)
Start date: ASAP (maximum one month notice)
