SalaryEnviroflow, a member of RSK Group are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all day time operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our drainage services between Leeds and Manchester.
Enviroflow are a well-established Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance company based near Leeds. With a fleet of top-of-the-line Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To act as point of contact for our clients and our own operatives during shift.
- To take responsibility for providing adequate resourcing dependent on workload, which can vary day to day.
- To provide on – site supervision over our planned & reactive drainage works.
- To provide detailed reports on works carried out and works required.
- Deliver toolbox talks, start of shift briefs and carry out site audits.
- To be a problem solver/decision maker, dealing high pressure, high risk working sites which can include all aspects of drainage maintenance.
Person Specification:
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Relevant experience in Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment
- Will have excellent communication skills, written, in person and over the phone.
- Will have confidence to advise and assist our operatives and deliver briefs & toolbox talks to large groups.
- Will have extensive knowledge of the drainage industry – it is important to know why we do what we do as well as how.
