We provide critical and time-bound services to our clients in the retail, leisure, care and logistics sectors and are looking for an experienced Operations Support Manager to join our growing team in Livingston
Previous experience of Facility Management or trade background would be advantageous. As would previously working knowledge of H&S.
Duties include
- Similar Facilities Management experience
- FM operational, technical or project environment
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- Report analysis and preparation
- Good working understanding of H&S requirements
- Previous experience of on-boarding and managing suppliers across multiple disciplines
- Working across a number of stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to create project plans with team members, track service metrics and prepare progress reports for the Directors and senior management.
- Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and to meet deadlines amid conflicting demands and busy work periods, is required
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and take a holistic approach to prioritising the department and business demands
